Hello and welcome to our Hallmark, Kingswinford website. The purpose of our website is to give you a flavour of what we are about and the products we stock.

 

We are an independently owned retail business operating under the Hallmark brand. We have been on the same site here under the same ownership since January 1987, nearly 25 years, originally trading as Something Special before putting the Hallmark logo above our door in 1992 .

 

We thrive on the personal contact we have with our customers and the level of service we are able to offer as an ‘independent’ which the national companies on the high street seem to find so illusive.

 

In the same store here we also have a Thorntons franchise which compliments our card and gift business and Hallmark Kingswinford, our balloon delivery and decorating service. Both of these have their own websites which you can pull down from the menu above.

Bev is our balloon consultant and has been providing ideas and advice on balloons to our customers for over 12 years.

Jo is Store Supervisor and responsible for the day to day smooth running of the whole store particularly the Hallmark side. She was a finalist in the Progressive Greetings Employee of the Year at the Retas (the greeting card industry’s equivalent of the Oscars).

 

Jan and Pat support Jo on the shop floor in providing excellent customer service.

Helen is responsible for ensuring our Thornton’s operation runs smoothly.
